How does the personalization work?
When you purchase, you'll provide your full name (first and last). We generate your personalized PDFs within 24-48 hours and send you the download links. Your name appears in the footer of every card, on the ebook cover, dedication page, and throughout both documents—making this truly YOUR collection.
Can I print these on a regular printer?
Yes! The PDFs are designed for standard A4 paper on any home or office printer. We recommend duplex (double-sided) printing for cards so front and back are on the same sheet. Use heavier paper (100-120gsm) if you want more durable cards, or standard 80gsm office paper works fine for notes and repeated printing.
Do I need to print the entire deck at once?
Not at all. Many users print just the intro cards plus the specific modules they're working with. You can print individual pages, specific traits, or the full deck—whatever serves your practice. Since you own the PDFs forever, you can print and reprint whatever you need, whenever you need it.
What's the difference between the card deck and the ebook?

However, the files themselves should not be shared digitally outside your organization, as each person's collection is personalized to them. If team members want their own personalized collections, they can purchase their own for R397.

Entirely up to you. Some users might spend a week with each module (34 weeks = about 8 months). Others focus on the 12 traits, spending 3-4 weeks on each trait. Still others dip in as needed, using specific modules for current business situations. There's no required pace—the collection adapts to your entrepreneurial journey and rhythm.
