Clear and fair — here's how refunds work.
InspireWell4Life offers ageless wisdom for everyday inspiration — personalised card decks and ebooks (the Aspirational and Life Wisdom series), a monthly membership, and branded editions for organisations. InspireWell4Life is part of a family of wellbeing brands created by Dr Alten du Plessis (alongside FlourishIQ, RunWell4Life and GolfWell4Life), and a sister brand of FlourishTalk, which is the seller and payment processor for our products (the name on your statement). We sell digital products — personalised card decks and ebooks, a membership, and branded editions. Because access (or your personalised download) is delivered electronically and immediately, purchases are generally final. That said, we want every customer to feel fairly treated — here is exactly how we handle refunds.
If copies have not yet been generated (or codes not yet redeemed), contact us for a correction or refund of the unused portion. Copies already generated are treated like the personalised purchases above.
If you bought from outside South Africa, your payment was processed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. Refunds for those orders are arranged together with Paddle under their buyer terms — contact us.
Email support@flourishtalk.co.za with your name, the email you purchased with, and a short note about what happened, within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
